By creating an account or using Signauf ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
The Service is operated by ITNN Cloud (""we"", ""us"", or ""our""). These Terms govern your access to and use of signauf.com and its API.
Signauf is an approval workflow platform that allows organisations to create forms, submit approval requests, and receive decisions. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account. We use Clerk for authentication — their terms and privacy policy also apply.
Organisations on Signauf are multi-tenant workspaces. Admins are responsible for the users they invite and the content those users submit.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
API keys grant programmatic access to your organisation's data. You are responsible for keeping API keys secret. If a key is compromised, rotate it immediately from Settings.
Webhook endpoints you provide must respond within 10 seconds. We retry failed deliveries up to 5 times with exponential backoff. We are not responsible for losses resulting from missed or delayed webhook events.
The Service uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to assess approval requests against criteria you define. AI assessments are advisory and not guaranteed to be accurate.
If you enable auto-approve, requests may be automatically approved without human review based on AI recommendations. You assume full responsibility for all automated decisions made on your behalf. We are not liable for any consequences arising from incorrect AI assessments or automated approvals.
Request content you submit may be sent to Anthropic for processing. Do not submit content that is unlawful or that you are not authorised to share with third-party AI providers.
When you use inbound email submission, email content is processed by Mailgun and may be stored temporarily for delivery. Email field values may be included in outbound notification emails if you enable one-click email approvals — only enable this for non-sensitive request types.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and in the app. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
Each plan includes a monthly request quota. Requests that exceed your quota will be rejected with a 402 response. Upgrading your plan immediately restores capacity. Unused quota does not roll over.
Refunds are at our discretion. If you cancel a paid plan, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.
You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce core functionality of a paid plan during its billing period without offering a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, missed approvals, automated decisions, webhook delivery failures, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted, unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ITNN Cloud operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, ITNN Cloud grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by ITNN Cloud. The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is the exclusive property of ITNN Cloud and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
This licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.
